Who should attend

This course is designed for anyone new to the system, or current users who understand the importance of correct set up.

This course is ideal for anybody who has been using EXO Time & Attendance and has no formal training or anyone who has taken over the processing of the software, and would like to understand the importance of correctly setting up their system.

Course content

On completion of this course the user will be able to:

• Understand how to setup a daily rule (shift) and all the steps involved
• Understand how to create a roster
• Know the important of weekly groups for overtime
• Understand how to setup an allowance (either time based or added in before exporting to payroll)
• Deal with Statutory Days worked and not worked (both with and without groups)
• Understand the importance of exceptions and the role they play in Time & Attendance
• Know how to setup an employee in Time & Attendance.
