This course follows on from the MYOB MyStaffInfo Basic Training course and covers the online timesheet management functionality within the product.

Who should attend

Users must have attended the basic training and be familiar with the product before attending this session. You should also have prior knowledge of how to use the payroll i.e. process a current pay.

Course content

On completion of this course you will be able to:

  • Setup a timesheet template & batches
  • Apply a template to a batch.
  • Process waged hours worked in a timesheet batch.
  • Process public holidays worked and not worked in a timesheet batch
  • Process a leave day in a timesheet batch.
  • Process allowances in a timesheet batch (if applicable)
  • Process days/hours paid for holiday pay and Relevant Daily Pay (if applicable)
  • Approve and check the timesheets using the report available on the website
  • Download timesheets and import into the payroll
