Who should attend

This course is designed as the first step in getting MYOB Mystaffinfo setup and is for beginners or anybody required to setup or maintain the existing setup of their MYOB Mystaffinfo system.

Course content

On completion of this course you will be able to:

  • Setup employees and non payroll users for the website
  • Setup managers for approving leave online
  • Setup groups (these are your company’s departments/divisions)
  • Assign employees to groups and then to managers.
  • Setup security settings for the website
  • Synchronise to the website
  • Set up and manage online leave requests and approval’s
  • Send reports and payslips up to the website
  • Use the online messaging tool (if applicable)
  • Use the other functionalities on the website (if applicable)
