Who should attend
This hands-on workshop has been designed as a learning tool to help you understand all the different processing requirements that can happen over the Christmas Period, so ideally you will have prior experience using EXO Payroll, and have a good understanding of employee setup and pay processing.
Course content
This workshop will cover many aspects of holiday processing including:
- Leave valuation and accruals for different methods, and how to troubleshoot if incorrect values come up.
- Dealing with processing either single or multiple pays over the Christmas Break
- Paying new employees either advanced leave or 8% Holiday Pay.
- Tracking unpaid leave and understanding the effects on leave entitlements
- Processing Public Holidays worked and not worked & observed
- Requirements for Employee Termination over Christmas period
- Formatting a report and setup a report run
- All the steps involved in processing a leave reversal
Course attendees receive an information workbook on arrival to the classroom.
