We know how important your financial data is to your business. In fact, sometimes you can't afford to be without it.
MYOB offers data file repair and password recovery services to customers to help them get back up and running as quickly as possible.
Standard and premium service
Now, we can give you 2 options - our Standard service and the new Premium service. There are also discounts for customers who have an MYOB Support Plan.

All pricing is GST exclusive
The Premium data repair service endeavors to repair your data file within 24 hours of receipt. Sometimes data problems may be complex and cannot be resolved within24 hours, however if this is the case, you will be contacted by MYOB.
The Premium password recovery service ensures that your password will be reset and returned to you within 4 hours. For same day turn around, all of the relevant files must be sent to MYOB before 4pm (Monday to Friday).
